GURUJEE, success and you..

In this competitive world, it is imperative to devise strategies to be successful and one such strategy is to set goals and achieve them by clear and well-crafted plans. Ask a silver medal winner what would be her goal, she would say to win the gold. Ask a gold medal winner what would be her goal, she would say to sustain the gold medal, so goals should be progressive. The goal of an engineer is to build error-free systems, that of a doctor is to treat the sick with no or minimum pain, of a pilot to fly safe, of a teacher to impart the correct knowledge. So then, what is your goal ? and what is success according to you ?

Success, when considered as the positive end result of our actions, is often the reason for more of good actions in the future. When an LKG student is promoted to UKG, she is motivated to study tough portions in future. Here it is important to understand that we cannot be winners all the time, we cannot get promoted in life all the time. When we taste success first and then fail, we are unable to accept our failures.

There are some students who do all the hard work and after the announcement of the exam results when they realize they have not cracked the exam; they get upset with themselves. This leads to behavioral changes in the student and she starts thinking that she is inferior to others. This is a problem. So what is the solution?

Success comes to those who have the courage to face big issues. While doing Engineering studies at NIT Allahabad, i experienced the toughest part of my academic life. Every single peer of mine wanted to be number 1 and there was this mad race for trophies, medals and certificates during inter-college technical events. I got a fair idea about how much more competitive the business world would be. So it is inevitable that we will face issues and when there are big issues, what do we do ? Simple – break the big issues into smaller ones and solve them one by one. A sample scenario is suppose you have 10 chapters more to study for your tomorrow’s exam and there is only one night left for your studies – this is the big issue. How will you break it into smaller ones ?

How will you feel once you have achieved your goals ? Happy ? Excited ? Thoughtful ? Dream and desire more ? Self-contented ? Passionate ? All of these ? Success comes to those who set goals for themselves, plan strategies and execute their plans to perfection. If you have never set any goal for yourself till now, today is your Day 1. start now. Desire for big things. Keep motivating yourself that you can achieve the goals. Review your plans and the outcomes time and again. Incase you feel there has to be a re-work in your plans and/or the execution part, do it. And once you taste success, celebrate the moment and start your next big journey with better ideas, dreams and desires.

GURUJEE is one such organization that has helped students to taste academic success despite the tough competition that the students face. Our success mantra is “Materializing the dreams of the students” through error-free coaching. We make sure that the students are completely de-stressed and they enjoy solving problems.
